1. NUMALIGARH REFINERY LTD
Numaligarh Refinery Ltd (NRL) is also known as Accord Refinery and was dedicated to the Nation by the Hon'ble Prime Minister on 9th July, 1999. The production capacity of this refinery is 3MMTPA and shown its creditable performance since commercial production in October, 2000. NRL has been conferred the status of Mini Ratna . The main products of NRL are , ATF, SKO, HSD, Naptha, LPG, Petroleum Coke, Paraffin wax, etc. The present authorized capital of the company is Rs.1000 Cr and Share holding pattern is as follows:

2. BRAHMAPUTRA CRACKER AND POLYMER LTD (BCPL)( ASSAM GAS CRACKER PROJECT)
The prestigious Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Ltd (BCPL) , popularly known as Assam Gas Cracker Project was dedicated to the Nation by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India on 5th February, 2016 at Lepetkata in Dibrugarh district. The cost of the project is about Rs.9600 Cr with an annual production capacity of:
(a) LLDPE/HDPE : 2.2 lakh MT (b) Polypropylene : 60000 MT
The BCPL is a joint venture of Gas Authority of India Ltd (GAIL) , Oil India Ltd (OIL) , Numaligarh Refinery Ltd (NRL) and Government of Assam. GAIL has a major stake of 70% and OIL, NRL and Government of Assam has a stake of 10% each. Assam Government released its share of Rs.126.90 Cr to BCPL
